Our bakeshops are located in Warwick and Pine Island, NY, a distinct part of New York's Hudson Valley, made famous for it's rich fertile soil and known as "the heart of the black dirt region". Everything we make is from scratch using simple high quality ingredients. We incorporate local and seasonally available produce and dairy when possible. Most importantly our products are made with love and attention to detail.

Our hand crafted baked goods include: Homemade Classic Cookies, Truffles, Linzer Cookies & Mini Linzer Tarts, Shortbread, Sugar Cookies, Cupcakes, pies, tarts, whoopie pies, French macaroons, cake pops, brownies, blondies and more. We specialize in custom designed cookies, cupcakes and treats for any occasion.
